Glenda León’s “Tiempo perdido” at the 2026 ART CUT Triennial in Chile.

Sep 4 - Nov 22, 2026

Glenda León presents her installation “Tiempo perdido” in the exhibition "Ejercicios de Empatía: Tramas de lo Vivo" at MAVI UC, Chile.

“Ejercicios de Empatía: Tramas de lo Vivo”, the exhibition of the first International Triennial of Art of Catholic Universities (ART CUT), brings together 19 contemporary artworks across seven galleries at the MAVI UC Museum of Visual Arts, alongside 47 pre-Columbian art pieces in the MAS Gallery, located in the former Santiago Archaeological Museum.

The exhibition’s title alludes precisely to this network of relationships. For the curator, the word “networks” evokes bonds, intersections, and connections, but also something that is constantly being constructed. From this perspective, the 19 artworks approach “the living” from very different vantage points: some engage with scientific knowledge; others draw on Indigenous worldviews; while others explore the landscape, examine the experience of walking, seek to establish forms of communication with other species, or imagine possible scenarios.
